Appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning vied gazette number 7859 of 3rd August, 2018 as a member of the Digitization Task-force mandated to come up with a report
and draft guidelines on electronic land transactions registration, conveyancing and other related transactions under the Land Registration Act, 2012, the Land Act, 2012, and the Community Land Act, 2016.
Prior to establishing the firm Sereu Moinket worked with the firm of Ransley, McVicker & Shaw Advocates as an associate for three years.

She’s well versed with the functions of the different departments in the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning i.e. Physical Planning, Land Adjudication and Settlement, Survey, Land Administration, Valuation, and Registration as well as the conveyancing procedures at the Ardhisasa platform, the various land registries (Nairobi, Central, Coastal and County ) i.e. assessment, stamping and registration of documents, obtaining completion documents i.e. clearance certificates for land rent & rates, consents, application for exemptions from the Collector of Stamp Duty, Conversions of title documents from the different regimes of land.
She understands the Physical Planning functions and development control procedures processed by County Governments i.e. Subdivision of Land, Amalgamation of Land, Change of Use, Extension of Use, Extension of Lease and Renewal of Lease.
She is also experienced in auditing of Bank securities i.e. auditing of all documents that form the Bank Securities from the letter of offer, credit/loan agreement, requisite board resolutions, individual and corporate guarantees, letters of disbursements, continuities, promissory notes, proper execution of the same e.g. where seal
is required and where it is not, powers of corporate borrowers to borrow, Charge documents, Debentures, Mortgages, Variations etc.
She also is quite adept in provision of research in various branches of legal practice and provision of legal opinions in Conveyancing, Civil and Criminal matters.
She is in charge of the firm as a managing Partner. This position includes overall administrative management of the firm, allocating work to advocates, providing guidance to associate advocates, supervising of advocates and paralegals apart from mentorship, pupillage and training of interns at the firms two offices i.e. Nairobi and Kitengela township.
